English and French share a deep stock of professional words. The first block is things in common: cognates and shared structure. That is a short, concrete gain, not a grammar tour. Next is verb tenses and when each one is actually used. Then the session becomes conversation aimed at your file, your team, and the questions you are asked.
From the first week you also learn how to take in the vocabulary of your own field. Once the words are yours, the question is clear and the answer can follow. A shared whiteboard stays open so that list grows in front of you, then leaves with you as notes.
Class notes and visual notes arrive by email. Homework and self-study material follow. A question mid-week gets a reply. The path is modular. You can see what is done and what is next. We suggest a few hours of practice between sessions. Consistency is the reason the hour counts.
